All packages minimally include coverage for up to two H-D motorcycles up to $100 per event for:
- Towing Assistance – When towing is necessary, the Harley-Davidson motorcycle will be towed to the closest qualified service facility at no cost to the HOG Roadside Assistance member.
- Flat Tire Assistance – Towing assistance will be provided if needed.
- Fuel, Oil, Fluid, and Water Delivery Service – An emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid and water will be delivered if your Harley-Davidson motorcycle is in immediate need. (Cost of fuel not included.)
- Lost Key Assistance – Assistance in acquiring a replacement key (cost of parts, labor or delivery not included). Assistance will be provided with the unlocking of motorcycle compartments in the event keys are locked inside the compartments.
- Battery Service – If a battery failure occurs, towing assistance will be provided if needed.
- Extrication Assistance – Assistance with extricating a covered motorcycle when stuck in a ditch or other inaccessible area, when such location is within 50 yards (meters) of a paved road or highway. (Off-road or on unpaved surfaces not included.)
The Ultra package also includes: Emergency Travel Expense Reimbursement -- If your owned motorcycle is disabled as a result of a mechanical breakdown of a warranty covered component or is involved in a disabling collision, you may qualify for reimbursement up to the $1,000.00 maximum for emergency travel expenses incurred. Reimbursable charges include lodging, meals, and transportation including airline and car rentals, incurred in the vicinity where the disablement occurred. Restrictions apply. The Ultra Plus package (beyond the Emergency Travel Expense Reimbursement) also includes: coverage for up to three vehicles including H-D motorcycles, cars and light trucks
The complimentary Harley-Davidson roadside coverage that comes with all new Harley Owners Group expires after 1 year. For those whose coverage has expired - or those who bought a used Harley-Davidson that was beyond the initial coverage period - Harley Owners Group offers a great way to enjoy peace of mind

Coverage is extended for each Harley-Davidson motorcycle owned by the HOG Member (with a maximum of two (2) motorcycles per member) and pre-registered with Road America and/or CCMC as part of application for membership in the HOG Roadside Assistance Program.
For members with the Ultra Plus package, Coverage is extended for each Harley-Davidson Motorcycle and automobile or truck under 1 ½ tons (Covered Vehicle) owned by the HOG Member (with a maximum of two (2) motorcycles and three (3) Covered Vehicles per member) and pre-registered with Road America as part of application for membership in the HOG Roadside Assistance Program or in accordance with the procedures for updating member information.
DELUXE PACKAGE - $19.95 PER YEAR Covers up to two H-D® motorcycles, unlimited services, towing/roadside costs covered in full.
ULTRA PACKAGE - $29.95 PER YEAR Same general coverage as Deluxe Package, plus emergency travel reimbursement.
ULTRA PLUS PACKAGE - $49.95 PER YEAR Same general coverage as Ultra Package, plus coverage of up to three vehicles, including cars and light trucks.
Services begin 72 hours after our receipt of your enrollment.
Very simple. Call Harley Owners Group toll-free at 1-888-443-5896, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Have your membership number available (it's printed on your membership ID card, which is included in your membership fulfillment kit). Tell the response specialist your exact location and type of assistance required as well as your vehicle description and license plate number. You will be asked if you feel safe, and you should describe any safety concerns you may have so that assistance can be provided if necessary.
A response specialist will first address your safety concerns. If you are not in a safe location, the response specialist will keep you on the line while they contact emergency assistance for you. In the other cases, the response specialist will then contact the appropriate type of roadside help you require, and will then call you to provide you information on when you may expect the arrival of the service professional. Additionally, you will be contacted after service to ensure that the services provided met your expectations.

You must pay your annual membership fee, via check or credit card, for enrollment in Harley Owners Group. For added convenience, simply check the auto-renewal option box we've included on the enrollment form.
Your Membership Fulfillment Kit will be shipped within 7-10 business days after enrollment.
